Fuquan A. Collins

Fuquan Collins currently serves as Chief Diversity Officer and Vice President of Community and Citizenship at Turner Construction Company, a position held since February 2014, where earlier roles included Inclusion and Equity Director, Procurement Manager, Purchasing Agent, and Project Engineer. Additionally, Fuquan Collins is a Board Member at both the New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. and The Brotherhood/Sister Sol since December 2022 and January 2009, respectively. Previous experience includes Project Engineer at Railworks Transit, Project Manager at KT Construction, Cost Engineer at Judlau Contracting, Inc., and Assistant Engineer at Turner Construction. Academic qualifications include certifications from the MIT Sloan School of Management and Cornell University, along with a Bachelor's degree from DeVry University and an Associate's degree from City Tech, CUNY.
