Ralph Desiderio

Ralph Desiderio, SMP, CHST, is the Environmental Health and Safety Director at Turner Construction Company, a role they have held since 2000. Previously, they served as the Regional Safety Director and National EH&S Coordinator, where they managed safety initiatives for projects exceeding a dollar volume of over 1 billion. With a focus on empowering the workforce and enhancing safety culture, Ralph has led Turner’s efforts to achieve OHSAS 18001 Certification and has extensive training credentials in emergency response and safety standards. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from St. Francis College.
