Steven Rule

Steve Rule is a seasoned Construction Executive with extensive experience at Turner Construction since August 1983, currently acting as Project Director for the New T1 Project at San Diego Airport. Steve has a rich history of managing significant projects, including DEN Concourse A West and SFO Terminal 3 West, along with other aviation developments such as Terminal Two at LAX and Oakland International Airport. Previous roles include Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP. and Regional Manager at iScraper.com, a startup focused on web-based project management for the real estate and construction sector. Steve holds an MBA in Management from San Francisco State University and a BS in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University.
