Tom Carpenter

Tom Carpenter is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Turner Construction Company since October 2022, Tom previously held similar roles at Arsenault Telecom Services LLC and Progressive Telecommunications, Inc., where responsibilities included expanding regional operations.
