Carla T.

Carla T. possesses extensive experience in workforce development and training across several organizations. Currently serving as the Workforce Development Area Director at Turner Industries since February 2014, Carla has previously held roles including Workforce Development Manager and Workforce Development Coordinator. Prior experience includes being a Senior Training Coordinator in the Nuclear Division at CB&I, focusing on documentation of nuclear records and NCCER craft training, and managing workforce development as a Coordinator at Shaw while fostering community relationships in East Tennessee and Southern Virginia. Carla's earlier roles include Middle School Office Manager at the American School of Doha, and a Paraprofessional Level III at Clear Brook High School. Carla has also pursued education at Brookdale Community College and the National Center for Construction Education & Research.
