John Fenner

John Fenner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance, and corporate governance. As Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Turner Industries since December 2005, John Fenner has developed and implemented ethics programs and a corporate code of conduct, along with policies on social media use, related party disclosures, and political activities. Prior to this role, John served as Corporate General Counsel, providing vital legal services to significant industrial clients. Before joining Turner Industries, John was President of John H. Fenner, A Professional Law Corp, where the focus was on business transactions. John’s career began at Preis & Crawford, where expertise in litigation related to failed financial institutions was developed. John holds a Juris Doctor degree from LSU Law and a BA in English Literature from Loyola University New Orleans.
