Joseph Beard has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Petroleum Landman at Turner Oil & Gas Properties, Inc. since May 1992, specializing in leasing and title work across several states including Oklahoma, Texas, North Dakota, Montana, Kansas, and Ohio. Prior to this role, Joseph Beard worked as a Landman at Peter Caruso Real Estate from February 1986 to July 1991, providing sales and administrative support as a Sales Assistant to the broker.
