Chong Fong Yee

Chong Fong Yee 张凤洳, MRICS, (PMP)®, currently serves as Associate Director and Build Capability Lead at Turner & Townsend since August 2020, providing strategic guidance to over 40 colleagues in various groups and supporting HR initiatives. With extensive experience in the construction and oil & energy sectors, Chong has held roles such as Regional Governance & Performance Lead and Senior Program Analyst in PMO, demonstrating proficiency in governance, procurement, cost management, and quantity surveying. Additionally, Chong is active in the RICS Member Engagement Group to enhance communication among members. Previous positions include Senior Cost Manager at Linesight, Contracts Management Officer at WorleyParsons, Quantity Surveyor at WT Partnership (Asia), and Assistant Quantity Surveyor at TL Associate. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's degree in Building Contract Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
