Jack O'Regan

Jack O'Regan is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and engineering, currently serving as Investments PMO Lead for Standard Chartered across Europe, Americas, Middle East, Pakistan, and Africa since March 2022. Prior to this, Jack has held various leadership positions at Turner & Townsend, including Director, Associate Director, and Senior Project Manager, while also contributing to multiple projects at Mentor Management Limited and WSUP as Senior Project Manager and SmartLife General Manager, respectively. Jack's expertise extends to innovative project delivery in Kenya’s informal settlements and structural engineering consultations at formative stages of several companies. Academic credentials include a Master's in Urban Water and Sanitation and a Master's in Water Management from Cranfield University, alongside a Bachelor's in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University College Cork.
