Lany Mercado Dimaano

Lany Mercado Dimaano currently serves as the Commercial Manager (Lead) at Turner & Townsend, having been seconded to EXPO City Dubai since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lany held various positions at AECOM from January 2007 to August 2023, including Senior Cost Manager and Project Quantity Surveyor, with significant contributions to projects like The Address Residences on District Opera and ICD Brookfield Place. Lany has extensive experience in both pre-contract and post-contract phases across multiple high-profile projects, including luxury hotels and mixed-use developments. Educational qualifications include a Foundation Degree in Quantity Surveying Practice from the University College of Estate Management and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from De La Salle University.
