Oliver Ying

Oliver Ying currently serves as the Country Manager for Natural Resources at Turner & Townsend, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Oliver Ying accumulated nearly two decades of experience at Mott MacDonald, where responsibilities included Senior Project Manager, Division Operation Manager, and Senior Quantity Surveyor.
