Tom Bailey

Tom Bailey is a seasoned project controls professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects across various industries, including pharmaceuticals and technology. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Turner & Townsend since 2020, Tom has previously held key roles such as Project Controls Manager at BE&K Building Group, where Tom led a $160M+ pharmaceutical facility project and implemented an Earned Value Management System. With a strong foundation in consulting and project performance management developed at Introspect Corporation, along with significant leadership experience at ClearObject, Tetherball, LLC, and ChaCha, Tom has excelled in establishing project controls, metrics, and agile methodologies. As a cofounder of NearMed, LLC, Tom developed a pioneering telemedicine platform, and earlier roles at Baker Hill and Profound Consulting solidified Tom’s expertise in software solutions and organizational leadership. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and an MBA with a focus on Quantitative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati.
