Sharman Cobb-Davenport

Sharman Cobb-Davenport has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Sharman began their career in 1999 as the Executive Director for Lighthouse PATH, where they served until 2011. During their time at Lighthouse, they also took on the role of Interim Executive Director for Lighthouse Community Development from 2011 to 2015. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Vice President of Programs and Chief Operations Officer for Lighthouse of Oakland County. In 2017, they worked as an Independent Consultant for KAD Consult Services. Currently, they hold the position of President and CEO at Turning Point.

Sharman Cobb-Davenport has pursued education in a variety of fields. Sharman completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at Oakland University. Following this, they attended Wayne State University for their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Psychology.
