Sharman Cobb-Davenport has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Sharman began their career in 1999 as the Executive Director for Lighthouse PATH, where they served until 2011. During their time at Lighthouse, they also took on the role of Interim Executive Director for Lighthouse Community Development from 2011 to 2015. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Vice President of Programs and Chief Operations Officer for Lighthouse of Oakland County. In 2017, they worked as an Independent Consultant for KAD Consult Services.
