Kelly Fritz, LPC, currently serves as the Groups Coordinator and Child & Adolescent Therapist at Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center since July 2021. Kelly has prior experience as a Teaching Assistant for Counseling Research Methods at Northwestern University, where support was provided to students through office hours and grading assistance. Previous roles include Clinical Intern and Therapist-in-Training at The Family Institute at Northwestern University, focusing on individual therapy for adult clients and facilitating support groups for children facing high-conflict family situations. Additionally, Kelly has extensive research experience in various laboratories at Northwestern and the University of Illinois, contributing to studies on bullying, emotional abuse, and child cognition. Kelly holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University and two Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
