Lsw Paige Lauerman

Paige Lauerman, LSW, currently serves as the Employment Program Supervisor at Impact Behavioral Health Partners, overseeing referral relationships, vocational assessments, and client support for a caseload of at least 20 individuals. Additionally, Paige holds the position of Outpatient Therapist at Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center. Prior experience includes a Social Work Internship at Northlake Public Library District, where resource navigation and client referrals were key responsibilities, as well as military service as a CBRN Specialist in the Indiana Army National Guard, managing protective gear and maintaining security compliance. Further experience includes roles as a Qualified Mental Health Specialist at Lake County Sheriff's Department and as an Investigative Support Center Intern at Indiana HIDTA.
