Robert Riesel

Robert Riesel has a diverse work experience in various industries. Robert began their career in 2009 at ConMED Corporation in the Quality Assurance Department. Robert then worked at Re-Borne, Inc as a Quality Control Manager, where they developed and revised Standard Operating Procedures and implemented an Internal Audit Program.

In 2011, Robert joined Deco Paper Products as a Quality Assurance Engineer and Manager. At this role, they managed the QC Department, developed and revised Standard Operating Procedures, and conducted random sampling activities and critical control point analyses.

From 2014 to 2015, Robert worked at LABSCO as a Quality Manager, overseeing Quality and Continuous Improvement. Robert managed the Corporate Quality Management System, developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures, and facilitated Kaizen events with cross-functional teams.

In 2015, Robert joined LSI Wallcovering as the Director of Corporate Quality. Robert played a crucial role in reducing quality defects by implementing systems and procedures, maintaining quality defect data and trend graphs, and ensuring quality requirements from external suppliers were met.

Robert then moved to Sazerac Company in 2016 as a Quality Manager, responsible for managing quality and implementing quality systems.

Currently, Robert is working at Turning Point Brands, Inc. since 2018. Robert initially served as the Senior Director of Corporate Quality Assurance and is currently the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives.
