Turning Point Community Programs has offered a path to mental health since 1976. We provide psychiatric services, support and advocacy for people working to overcome the effects of mental illness in Sacramento, Stanislaus, Merced, Yolo, Placer, El Dorado, Butte, Nevada, and Reno Counties.
