Daniel Hilton is currently the Client Manager at Turning Point HR Solutions. Prior to this, they were with Headway East London as an HR Trustee and Governance Committee Chair. Daniel was also with Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) as the Director of HR and Operations. Some of their responsibilities included being a company representative at Employment Tribunals, leading all ER related matters, being the Organisational Development lead for full cycle restructures, change management and HR projects, and overseeing GDPR for SCT. Daniel also created HR policies and implemented them across the business, including Maternity / Paternity / Hybrid working and Menopause policies. Daniel has a wealth of experience in human resources and is an asset to any organization.
Daniel Hilton's educational career includes a BA (Hons) in Media Studies from the University of East London and West Hatch High School.
