Marc Mazzucco

Marc Mazzucco has extensive experience in board governance and organizational transformation, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Turning Point Scotland and a Non-Executive Director for NHS Ayrshire and Arran. Prior to these roles, Marc was a Partner at RSM UK, where the focus was on public sector internal audit and business assurance, as well as leading the governance, risk, and compliance team. Marc also held the position of Charity Consulting Lead at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, managing the transformation of charities amidst fundraising challenges. With a career spanning over two decades at PwC in various leadership roles, including assistance for major sports event bids, Marc has developed a strong background in assurance practices and operational model transformation across non-profit sectors. Marc holds a CPFA in Accounting from the CIPFA Education Training Centre and a BSc in Immunology from the University of Glasgow.
