Peter Hay is currently the Chair of the Independent Safeguarding Panel for the Church of England - Diocese of Oxford and serves as a Board Member for Hanover Housing Association and the Community Integrated Care charity. With extensive experience in social care, Peter has previously held positions such as President of ADASS and Strategic Director for People at Birmingham City Council. They are dedicated to promoting wellness and improving health and social care outcomes through their consultancy and coaching work. Additionally, Peter chairs the Social Worker of the Year Awards and Turning Point, championing excellence and tailored support in social services.
