Kathleen began their career in 2000 as a Production Coordinator at Crate and Barrel and CB2 Corporate, where they worked until 2011. After that, they worked as a News Editor and Lifestyle Editor at The Messenger for a few months in 2011. Kathleen then transitioned to a role as a Floral Designer at Hy-Vee from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they took on the position of Marketing Director at Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance for a year. Following that, from 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Graphic Artist at Kallin and Johnson Monument. In 2015, they held various roles at multiple companies including RR Donnelley as an Advertising Coordinator, Quad/Graphics as a Project Coordinator, and Turning Pointe Autism Foundation as a Marketing Manager & Assistant to President/CEO. Kathleen continued their career as a Speciality Customer Services employee at Stanard Market, The Cube from 2018 to 2019. In 2015, they also started their own company, KK Production with a Twist, where they serve as a Communications, Designer, and Marketer. Throughout their career, Kathleen has demonstrated a range of skills in marketing, communications, design, coordination, and management.
Kathleen Koch attended Clarke University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a minor in Marketing within the field of Mass Communication/Media Studies.
