Erin Andrew

Erin Andrew is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in small business lending, entrepreneurship support, and government relations. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Turning Rock Partners since March 2022 and a Fellow with Kauffman Fellows since June 2015, Erin has previously held significant roles at Live Oak Bank, where responsibilities included overseeing inclusive small business lending and government contract mergers and acquisitions. Notably, Erin served as Associate Administrator for the U.S. Small Business Administration, managing a $100 billion loan program and spearheading initiatives for women's entrepreneurship. Additional experiences include leadership positions at the National Women's Business Council and the National Governors Association. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
