Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Oneida Innovations Group since February 2022, Heidi specializes in 8a Government Contract recruitment for technology-based Federal Contracts nationwide. Previously, Heidi held the position of Recruiter at Turning Stone Resort and Casino, starting in November 2013, and served as Sr. Technical Staffing Supervisor at Superior Technical Resources from September 1997 to October 2012. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Lechmere/Montgomery Ward from June 1993 to September 1997. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Humanities from Onondaga Community College (1994-1996) and attendance at Sacred Heart/Fowler from 1980 to 1992.
