Jared Schoch

Jared Schoch is an accomplished energy industry leader with extensive experience in solar energy development and management. As the Chairman, President, and Founder of TurningPoint Energy since April 2014, Jared has been pivotal in advancing community solar, utility-scale solar, and energy storage initiatives. Previously, Jared held key roles at SOLON Corporation as Vice President & General Manager, at SunEdison where Jared served as Managing Director and Director for the Western US, and at Johnson Controls as a business development professional in energy services. Early in Jared's career, experience included a marketing consultant role for Texas Instruments with GolinHarris and Bozell Sawyer Miller Group. Jared holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA in Public Relations & Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans.
