Emmanuel Girma is currently the Head of Finance & Administration at Turningpoint Leadership, an International Coaching and Leadership Development Consultancy. Prior to this role, Emmanuel was the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Solis Partners. Emmanuel also served as the COO at ConvenientPower System and Managing Director at EG Consulting HK. With a strong background in leadership and business strategy, Emmanuel has held various executive positions at Philips, including VP and Category Leader Portable Audio Video. Emmanuel holds a DESS degree in Business and Administration Telecom sector from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and has completed an Executive Program in Leadership & Business Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
