Michael Lu has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as Principal Software Engineer at Turnitin since January 2018, where Michael has also held roles as Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Associate Software Engineer. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Software Engineer at Ad-Juster, Inc. from September 2015 to December 2017, and as a Software Engineering Intern at Teradata from June 2014 to May 2015. Michael began a career in technology as a Junior Engineering Intern at WD, a Western Digital company, in the summer of 2013. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, completing studies from 2011 to 2015.
