Shikoli held this position until 2022, during which they played a crucial role in the company's technological advancements. In 2010, they joined Serianu Limited as a Director, where they contributed to the strategic direction of the company. Recently, in 2022, they became the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Turnkey Africa Ltd, showcasing their expertise in sales and business development.

Shikoli Makatiani attended Northeastern University from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Technology. Their field of study focused on Computer Technology and Computer Systems Technology.
