Bill Daehler

Bill Daehler has worked in the financial services industry since 1992. From 1992 to 1998, they worked as an Operations Analyst for Bank of America. In this role, they managed production operations and vault personnel, implemented operator productivity standards, work flow and quality control procedures, and reduced production costs by 10% while increasing productivity by 35%. Bill was also a project manager for various special projects and marketing initiatives. In 1998, they moved to Discover Financial Services as the Manager of Card Production Operations. In this role, they had full responsibility of operational management, strategic planning, P & L of a $15 million annual budget, quality assurance, security controls, vendor relations, and managed fifty employees on three shifts, processing 20 million credit cards annually. Bill then moved to Swanson Services Corp. in 2011 as a Service Center Manager, where they managed the daily operations of the Denver office, selling snack foods and personal products to county jails in a seven state region. In 2013, they became a Project Specialist at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they handled special projects that included product resets, marketing promotions and display construction. In 2014, they became a Production Manager at CPI Card Group, where they managed the Card Services production operation for CPI Card Group and developed operator metrics using Lean Manufacturing principles to improve the production process of card personalization for CPI Card Group, achieving a 35% increase in available production capacity. In 2016, they became a Client Services Manager at Trinity Services Group, where they managed relationships with 40 county jail clients in a three state region and introduced new commissary products. Finally, in 2017, they became the Western Regional Sales Manager at TurnKey Corrections (@TKCKiosk). In 2022, they retired.

Bill Daehler attended Colorado State University from 2008 to 2013, studying Organizational & Project Management. Prior to that, they attended Arizona State University from 1972 to 1974, studying Business/Information Technology.
