Support Engineer - Customer Care at TurnKey Lender

Paul Klein's work experience includes roles at TurnKey Lender, Legislative Budget Board - State of Texas, Ranch at Cypress Creek MUD, and CONDEA Vista (formerly Conoco Chemicals).

At TurnKey Lender, Paul held the role of Support Engineer - Customer Care starting in August 2021.

At the Legislative Budget Board - State of Texas, Paul worked as a Programmer/Business Analyst from an unknown start date until August 2021. In this role, they developed web and desktop applications using Visual Studio, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server. Paul also coded and tested security for internal and external budget applications, documented user group specifications, and provided support for budgeting and budget monitoring processes.

In their role as President - Board of Directors at Ranch at Cypress Creek MUD from an unknown start date until 2016, Paul worked with board members, neighbors, and contractors/staff to effectively manage the district. Paul successfully reduced property taxes for four consecutive years and expanded single stream recycling.

At CONDEA Vista, Paul served as an Engineer/Tech Support starting in 1986 until an unknown end date. Paul supervised QC lab techs and product shipments at a PVC resin plastics plant, collaborated with R&D and plant operations teams to study manufacturing processes, and implemented safety and production improvements. Paul also installed data acquisition systems on plant equipment for further analysis.

Paul Klein attended The University of Tulsa from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Paul then attended the University of Arkansas from 1982 to 1984, also for Chemical Engineering, but did not earn a degree. Lastly, from 1998 to 2002, Paul attended Austin Community College for Computer Programming, but did not obtain a degree from there either.
