Owaim Tareen

Owaim Tareen has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications. Owaim began their career as an intern at CMPak in 2009, where they gained hands-on experience in various aspects of the field. Owaim then served as a Sr. Technical Officer, troubleshooting faults and optimizing BTS equipment. Owaim also worked as a BSS Engineer, configuring and maintaining BTS sites.

In 2013, they transitioned to the role of a 3G/4G RF Optimization Engineer at CMPak, where they conducted drive tests and ensured end-to-end quality of service. Owaim later joined UCE International Group in 2016, working as a 2G/3G/LTE RF Consultant on a network optimization project. Their responsibilities included analyzing KPIs, conducting drive tests, and optimizing cell parameters.

Currently, Tareen is employed at Turnotech Inc. as a Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer. Their work involves the optimization of 3G/LTE technologies to meet assigned targets. This includes conducting network audits, retuning radio network parameters, and improving major KPI performance.

Overall, Tareen has gained extensive experience in RF optimization, drive testing, BTS configuration, and network planning, making him a valuable asset in the telecommunications industry.

Owaim Tareen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a specialization in Opto-Electronics & LASER from the Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology. Owaim pursued this program from 2005 to 2009.
