Heather Reeves

Heather Reeves is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in the physiotherapy and mental health sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Turnwell Mental Health Network since January 2025, Heather previously held the position of Regional Vice President of Operations at Upstream Rehabilitation from August 2021 to September 2024. Heather's career includes significant roles at Results Physiotherapy between February 2015 and August 2021, where responsibilities spanned from Regional Vice President to District Operations Leader and District Clinical Quality Leader. As the Owner and Physical Therapist at AVANTE PHYSICAL THERAPY, INC. from March 2001 to January 2015, Heather demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Heather's clinical background includes positions as a staff physical therapist at multiple medical facilities from 1994 to 2000. Heather holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town, earned between 1990 and 1993.
