Marti Shelton

Marti Shelton is an experienced professional in claims management with a strong background in leading high-volume operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of US Claims at Turo since October 2020, Marti oversees strategic initiatives and a team dedicated to enhancing customer-first claims experiences. Prior to this role, Marti held positions such as Regional Account Manager at ISG and Director of Claims at James River Insurance Company, focusing on operational excellence in commercial insurance and high-value claims. Marti's extensive tenure at State Farm ® spanned two decades, during which a variety of roles were held, including Team Manager for Total Loss & Property, Process Manager for Excellence in Operations Management, and a Subject Matter Expert in the Special Investigations Unit. Marti earned a Bachelor of Education from the University of Memphis.
