Cynthia Gomez

Cynthia Gomez has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Cynthia began their career as a Co-Director and Counselor at Stanford Medical Youth Science Program (SMYSP) in 2002. Cynthia then worked as a Diversity Recruitment Officer at Stanford University from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2015, Cynthia worked at Triage Consulting Group, where they held roles such as Associate Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Manager. Cynthia'sresponsibilities included managing hospital client engagements, conducting Medicare audits, and providing revenue cycle improvement strategies.

In 2015, Cynthia joined Silversheet, a healthcare tech startup, where they served as the Director of Customer Success, Interim Director of Sales, and later as the Vice President of Customer Success and Operations. Cynthia managed a team and focused on delivering impact and ROI for healthcare clients nationwide. Cynthia continued their role at Silversheet after it was acquired by AMN Healthcare in 2019, where they became the Senior Director of Customer Success and Operations for the Silversheet Division. Cynthia aligned initiatives to support the integration of Silversheet into AMN Healthcare and collaborated on cross-functional teams to expand the customer base.

In 2020, Cynthia founded Client Success Innovations, a consulting firm specializing in customer success strategy and operational consulting for early and mid-stage organizations. Cynthia also worked as the Head of Provider Strategy and Operations at Flossy, a dental care innovation company, where they focused on provider strategy, operations, expansion, and success. Currently, Cynthia holds the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Turquoise Health, a healthcare reimbursement platform that simplifies the process for providers, patients, and employers.
