Sitara Shirol

Sitara Shirol has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Sitara started their career as a Neurofeedback and R&D Intern at Jacob's Ladder Neurodevelopmental School & Therapy Center from 2012 to 2016. Sitara then worked at TEDxPenn, holding roles such as Operations Team Member, Director of Operations, and Curator from 2016 to 2019.

In 2017, they joined NeuroFlow as a Research and Marketing Associate. Their responsibilities included conducting market landscape research and presenting findings to the sales team. From 2018 to 2019, they became a Product Management Associate at NeuroFlow. Sitara led the assessment and launch of NeuroFlow's notification preference redesign, conducted user research interviews, and measured user satisfaction.
