Willy Pi-Sunyer's work experience includes roles in various organizations. In 2021, they served as the CMO & Co-founder of Turtl Project, a sustainable watersports apparel brand. In this role, they successfully launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, raising over $150K in pre-orders from more than 40 countries. Willy also directed and coordinated various aspects of the campaign, including sourcing manufacturers, product development, pricing strategy, advertising agencies selection, lead generation, manufacturing process, logistics, and delivery planning.
Prior to Turtl Project, Willy worked as Logistics & Travel Management at Barter Partnership SL from 2018 to 2020. Willy was responsible for managing logistics and travel arrangements.
From 2013 to 2017, Willy worked as a Recepcionista at Camping La Ballena Alegre Costa Brava. In 2016, they also worked as a Recepcionista at Muiuinn Taipei Hotel and as a Monitor de Vela at Dulan Cape Cafe.
In 2014, Willy gained experience in event organization as a member of Media Pro Dynamich. Willy served as an Organización de Eventos during this time.
In 2012, Willy worked as a Monitor de Vela at Club Nàutic Arenys de Mar for a period of three months.

Prior to that, between 2010 and 2011, Willy completed their Bachillerato degree with a focus on Social studies at Cedar Community Secondary School in Canada.
