Carl Jones is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Regional Director and previously as Operations Manager at Turtle Bay Restaurants since July 2019. Prior to this role, Carl worked as Senior Operations Manager for Coppa Club and Strada restaurants under Various Eateries PLC from April 2015 to July 2019. Carl holds a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Business Management from Leeds Metropolitan University, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
