Lee Zurybida is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Central Operations Executive at Turtle Bay Restaurants since September 2021, Lee oversees health and safety management and central kitchen production. Prior to this role, Lee held various managerial positions at Serco, where leadership during the UK’s Test and Trace initiative was essential, and at TGI Fridays UK, recognized as Operations Manager of the Year twice. Lee’s earlier experience includes roles at Whitbread as Brand Standards Manager and multiple management positions at TGI Fridays UK, culminating in General Manager. Lee holds an MBA from the University of the West of England and has a distinguished academic background in Business Studies and A Levels in Economics and Geography.
