Liz Martland is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as General Manager at Turtle Bay Restaurants since September 2019. Previously, Liz held similar roles as General Manager at The Pen and Pencil from May 2017 to September 2019 and as Manager at Palace Theatre for a brief period in 2017. Liz began a successful career with Living Ventures Restaurants Ltd, progressing from Assistant General Manager and Bar Manager from June 2011 to November 2016. Early experience includes a Supervisory role at The B Lounge Group from January 2009 to February 2011. Liz is well-trained in various operational aspects such as shift management, staff training, and cash management, and holds a Master of Research in Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies along with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from The University of Manchester.
