Currently serving as Operations Manager at Turtle Bay Restaurants since April 2015, Phil has previously held similar roles at Stonegate Pub Company Limited, Brasserie Blanc, and Young & Co Brewery, PLC, where notable achievements include consistently meeting budget targets for five out of six years. Phil's career began as a graduate trainee at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, followed by various roles at Scottish and Newcastle, culminating as an Area Manager. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
