Matt Seymour

Vice President, Product Management at Turtle Beach

Matt Seymour is the Vice President of Product Management at Turtle Beach. Prior to their current position, Seymour worked as the Director of Product Marketing at Sony Electronics from August 2012 to October 2013. In this role, they managed Sony's US Television product portfolio with over one billion dollars in sales volume. Matt was also responsible for executing promotional plans and presenting monthly business status reports and action plans to C-level executives.

Seymour began working for Sony Electronics in January 1995 as the Director of Connected TV Products & Services. In this role, they were responsible for creating and executing the launch of Sony's Google TV. Matt also directed the go-to-market strategy, which included sales planning, channel strategy, marketing communications, partner marketing, research, training and retail activation. In addition, Seymour grew Sony Entertainment Network internet streaming video & audio services through CRM activity, social media and partner marketing initiatives.

Some of Seymour's accomplishments include successfully presenting the Google TV product to hundreds of media outlets in a formal press event, spearheading a product introduction that was identified as one of Sony's most successful product launches, and negotiating marketing barter arrangements valued at over one million dollars with no out-of-pocket expenses.

Matt Seymour has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Economics from SUNY Brockport.

Matt Seymour reports to Juergen Stark, CEO and Chairman. They are on a team with Ryan Dell - Senior Vice President, Marketing, David Angress - VP & Head of Neat Microphones, and Joe Stachula - Chief Technology Officer.
