Mike Bross

Mike Bross is the Founder of Oceano Advisors, where they focus on helping executives and companies achieve sustainable growth. Having served as Executive Vice President at PMI from 1998 to 2014 and in various leadership roles, including President for both North America & EMEA, Mike brings extensive experience to their current position as Interim CEO at Turtle Fur. They are also a Strategic Advisor at Lakeside Partners, aiding in mergers and acquisitions. Mike's educational background includes a BA in Journalism from the University of the Pacific and an MA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with ongoing executive education at HBS and London Business School.
