Chris Rausch

Chris Rausch, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Chris served as the Chief Financial Officer at Turtle & Hughes, Inc. since 2015, overseeing all areas related to accounting and finance, human resources, insurance, internal audit, and accounts payable for all divisions in all locations. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Somerset Tire Service, Inc. from 2009 to 2015, where they were responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance, as well as the management and supervision of human resources, payroll, financial reporting, and credit departments. During their time at Somerset Tire, they successfully implemented a new SAP ERP and BO reporting platform and negotiated the terms and conditions for the company's term loan and revolving line of credit.

From 2004 to 2009, Chris worked at Community Education Centers, Inc., first as a Senior Vice President and later as the CFO. In these roles, they were responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance and played a key role in the company's growth from 600 employees and $85 million in sales to over 5,000 employees with sales in excess of $250 million annually. Chris also helped execute strategic initiatives, including the successful purchase and integration of another company.

Before that, Chris held roles such as CHIEF FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONS OFFICER at CDx Laboratories, Inc., Vice President & Corporate Controller at DIANON SYSTEMS, INC, and positions in mergers and acquisitions and regional controller at QUEST DIAGNOSTICS, INC. Chris also worked as the Manager of Corporate Audit at COMMONWEALTH LAND TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY and as a senior auditor at ARTHUR ANDERSEN & CO.

Chris Rausch, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Secondary - Computer Science from Rutgers College / Rutgers Business School, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In 1991, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of New Jersey. Recently, in April 2021, Chris acquired the certification "Succeeding as a Strategic CFO" from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
