Minna Vuorio-Lehti

Vice Chair, Collegiate Council at Turun yliopisto

Minna Vuorio-Lehti is currently the Vice Chair of the Collegiate Council at Turun yliopisto, or the University of Turku. Prior to this position, Vuorio-Lehti served as a Senior Researcher at the University of Turku from May 1995 to April 2012. In this role, they were responsible for designing and planning university pedagogic studies.

Vuorio-Lehti has been interested in educational policy throughout their career, with a focus on higher education entrance policy and the Finnish matriculation examination system. During their time at the University of Turku, they and their team were responsible for servicing the entire university community. In 2007, they received an honourable mention from the University of Turku for their work in this area.

Minna Vuorio-Lehti earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Science from Turun yliopisto - University of Turku. Prior to that, they earned their Master's Degree in Educational Science from the same school. Minna also attended Hermanni upper secondary school/high school in Salo.
