Olga Peresild

Olga Peresild is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the CEO of EssenceMediacom since 2013 and as a Board Member of the Estonian Marketing Association since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Olga held leadership positions at MediaCom Estonia, overseeing business development and strategic planning from 2008 to 2013, and gained valuable experience as a Key Account Manager at Universal McCann Estonia from 2005 to 2008. Earlier, Olga worked as a Media Analyst at Universal McCann Estonia (2003-2005) and as a Research Manager and Communication Planner at the Non-Estonian’s Integration Foundation (2000-2003). Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi and a Bachelor's degree in Communications Management and PR from the University of Tartu.
