Ciana Ortiguera is an experienced educator with a tenure at Tuscaloosa City Schools since August 2005, specializing in creating dynamic virtual training content that has significantly improved student success. Ciana has developed 288 training contents for 124 participants, incorporating multimedia and gamification techniques. Collaborative efforts with a team have resulted in effective learning and development training for 108 learners annually.
