Michael Bires (Bunky)

Michael (Bunky) Bires has extensive experience in law enforcement and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Deputy and Detention Officer at the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff Department since October 2016, Michael brings a strong background in management from previous roles, including Executive Training General Manager at Home-Grown Industries of Ga, Inc. (Mellow Mushroom) and General Manager positions at Chili's, Up the Creek, and O'Charley's. Michael holds a degree in Graphic Design and Art Education K-12 from Mercyhurst College, which was completed from 1988 to 1993.
