The Administrative Team at the Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, financial management, and strategic planning. The Secretary manages records and communications, the Executive Director leads overall organizational direction and external relations, and the Treasurer handles budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting to ensure the TSO's sustainability and growth.
