Aleksander Paulsen

Aleksander Paulsen is an experienced manager in the amusement park industry, currently serving as the Manager of Merchandise, Photo & Games at Tusenfryd AS since January 2017. In this role, Aleksander oversees 150 seasonal employees and manages departmental operations, including recruitment, training, personnel management, and sales performance. Previous positions at Tusenfryd include department manager, assistant department head, shift manager, and sales staff, with responsibilities ranging from conflict management to safety representation. Aleksander has also worked as a Sales Advisor Tech at Elkjop Nordic AS, where responsibility involved the gaming department, and has experience in education as a substitute teacher and teacher assistant for Oslo kommune. Aleksander completed a Bachelor's degree in Management & Service Strategy at Kristiania University College and holds a general study competence degree from Wang Videregående Skole. Military service was performed with the Norwegian Armed Forces as a Private 1st class.
