Quinn provides regulatory advisory services and devises and implements creative solutions for Tusk clients to achieve their mission, including engagements in the telehealth, technology, education, and food and beverage sectors. Her experience includes strategic regulatory counsel on issues concerning healthcare, privacy, marketing, and consumer protection, as well as crafting cohesive messaging, building strategic partnerships, and facilitating grassroots outreach. Most recently, she assisted the Rockefeller Foundation in identifying emerging technologies and high potential startups to participate in the CityXChange Summit and worked with the selected participants to develop and refine their presentations.
Prior to joining Tusk, Quinn was a litigation associate at two major international law firms, where she represented pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer products clients in several multi-jurisdictional mass tort actions, consumer fraud class actions, and internal and regulatory investigations. Quinn began her career at Hart Research Associates in Washington D.C., where she conducted public opinion research on behalf of political and advocacy campaigns. Quinn earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall), where she was Executive Editor of the Law Review. She received her B.A. from Santa Clara University and also studied at Oxford University on a yearlong academic scholarship. Quinn is based out of our Chicago office.
