Sherein Abdelgayed, PhD, is an Associate Professor at Tuskegee University since July 2024, having previously served as a Visiting Professor at May University in Cairo from September 2022 to July 2024 and as a Full Professor at Cairo University from October 1995 to July 2024. Expertise includes teaching and researching various aspects of pathology, supervising theses, and contributing to veterinary education at multiple academic positions. Additional experience includes a USDA/FEP Fellowship at the US Department of Agriculture in early 2023 and a post as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from October 2021 to July 2022. Sherein also held consulting roles in the pharmaceutical and academic sectors, focusing on research and education.
